Fantastic Holiday Experience!
delicious food quiet room friendly staff s i n g l e o u t l e t
I experienced a really fantastic holiday. I had half board and I was really impressed with the food. I requested a quiet room, and I was really pleased with the room I received. The staff members were really friendly and helpful, and I was grateful.
I noticed only one power outlet in my room. This proved somewhat inconvenient. the door required a traditional key, and the dim hallway lighting made it tricky to find the keyhole. The door also creaked upon opening, a bit bothersome.

The hotel provides a ski room equipped with boot warmers that ensures warm, dry boots each morning, and offers ample space for storing skis safely, something I appreciated a lot. The location is excellent.

Staff provided friendly service. They addressed requests quickly and with a smile, something I value. There was a dedicated concierge service available during peak hours ensuring smooth check-in and check-out experiences for all guests, and I did appreciate it.

My room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable, perfect after a long day. I appreciated the super shower. The room included a minibar stocked daily with complimentary water and soft drinks. This was a very nice touch.

hearty offerings helpful staff mountain style
The breakfast selection was excellent. I enjoyed the hearty offerings. Staff were helpful, friendly, and always in good humour. The hotel decor featured authentic Austrian mountain style. It was charming.
